I am many things to many people, but what I hope to be to anyone who calls me a friend, their family, or a coworker is dedicated and dependable. I speak directly and try to communicate effectively and kindly.

I have over 20 years of experience in the Visual Communications Industry with previous roles spanning everything from sales and production to website development and contract installations services.

In 2015 I invested in myself and traveled to Hutchinson, Kansas from Richmond, Virginia to undertake the 3M Preferred and Lowen Certifications for Installers. I have proudly carried those titles ever since!

I believe very strongly in continued education and am currently in course work to gain my WordPress Front End Development Certifications as well as KdenLive Video Production and Editing courses. I am also in school to use my experiences in life to better help others in the throws of addiction overcome their own impulses as a Certified Peer Recovery Counselor with the intention to become Registered with the Board of Counselors in the state of Virginia and North Carolina.

I am interested in Business Development and Marketing. I am at home in fast paced, high stakes, artistic environments and believe in hands on, direct management of personnel with a focus on training, technical competency, retention and enforcement of quality control standards through compassionate and steady guidance. Achieving to sustain a 5 Star Client Satisfaction rating is top priority.

I have a great many things to learn and get better at, and I approach every day with eagerness to learn and desire for positive interaction.
